What's on Sale for the Freezer?

I don't see much of anything this week. This would be a great week to get some baking done. I am thinking of making  Mexican Pinto Beans.  This is a slow cooker recipe, but I am thinking it will freeze really well.  Wanna try with me?

Here are the ingredients: (I will probably double this)
  • 1 lb dried pinto beans, soaked in water overnight and drained
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (I'll use the kind out of the jar in my fridge)
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 lb lean ham, chopped
