Menu Plan Monday (with recipe link-ups)

   We had a busy week starting back school last week.   Mr. Steady changed my dinner plans for a few of the nights which means  a few of these recipes are repeats.

   I am also trying to use my leftover ham, so the the ham recipes are a little heavy at the end of the week.  Hopefully, they won't notice:)

I always schedule in plenty of "leftover" days.  I am so blessed to have a family that loves leftovers!

Monday
B: On-Hand (this means they are welcome to eat any thing from the pantry or freezer)
L:  Basic Bean Recipe with Sofrito (if this is good I'll share the recipe later)
D: Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw and Grilled Steak Roast (this is some big hunk of beef Mr. Steady brought home last week.  He grilled half of it last week and wants to do the rest tonight.  It is delicious...I just don't remember exactly what the cut was called)

Tuesday
B: Daddy's Breakfast (Mr. Steady cooks for us on his off day)
L: Annie's mac-n-cheese
D: Leftovers

Wednesday
B: On-Hand
L: Turkey Sandwiches and Carrot Sticks
D: Split Pea Soup 

Thursday  (this is our busy out-of-the-house day)
B: Daddy's  Breakfast
L: Packed lunch- Peanut Butter sandwiches and whatever else we have that travels well
D: Leftovers

Friday:
B: On-Hand
L: Orzo Ham Salad
D: White Bean and Ham Soup



Saturday
B: Homemade Donuts with honey glaze
L: Chopped Ham Sandwiches
D: Spaghetti

Sunday:
B: Hash brown Casserole
L: Red Beans and Rice
D: Leftovers

Snacks for the week:
Carrot Sticks, Hummus, Tortilla Chips, Salsa, Crackers, Grapefruits, Jello
